Company Assets is American-made desktop software for Windows and Linux. It is one encrypted list of the people who work for you, the laptops and phones they carry, the vendors they use, and the secrets that belong next to those names — on computers you own. It is not a website. One encrypted list for office and remote staff — who has the laptop, which sites they can still open.
One $249* license key per company location — not per seat or user. Franchise owners each need their own license key.

Onboard the employee
Day one. Add the person. Hand them a laptop, a phone, a badge. Write down the sites they will open so access is assigned, not guessed.

While they work
IT sees inventory. Helpdesk has a phonebook. Admin keeps vendor passwords sealed until the right seat Reveals.

Offboard the employee
Last day. You already know which devices to collect and which sites they can still open. Export the kit. Close those logins.
