End User License Agreement
Version 7 — effective September 7, 2026 — ships with Company Assets v105.0.30. Version 7 replaces Version 6. The PDF is the agreement. This page is a short pointer, not a substitute.
- Desktop program. Your list lives in a folder you choose, typically Documents/CompanyAssets. We do not host your database.
- Staff Help is an optional emailed phone page. Try in browser is evaluation only — not the licensed program.
- DigitalVodka does not certify HIPAA, ERISA, PCI, or SOC. We are not a HIPAA business associate or a PCI payment processor. Vendor fields are your records, not an audit by us.
- Provided AS IS. No warranty. You keep the share key, make backups, and decide who may open the folder.
- Uninstall never deletes Documents/CompanyAssets.
